One price per site and per period. The tier of the number of seats you buy applies to all your seats.

Prices in euros, excluding VAT. VAT is added at checkout according to your country.
Example: 5 seats billed monthly cost 5 × 5 € = 25 € per month, plus VAT.
Free plan
Every site connected to Heru Cloud receives the updates 30 days after their publication, at no cost and with no time limit.
Questions
- What is a seat?
- A seat gives one site real-time updates. In your account you choose which of your sites are covered, and you can move a seat from one site to another at any time.
- Can I change the number of seats?
- Yes, at any time from your account. Adding seats or switching to yearly billing is charged right away, prorated for the rest of the current period; removing seats gives a prorated credit on your next payments.
- How do I cancel?
- From your account, under Billing. The subscription stays active until the end of the period you already paid for, then your sites go back to the free plan. See also our refund policy.
- Who handles the payment?
- Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
- What about VAT and invoices?
- Paddle charges the VAT that applies in your country and issues your invoices. Businesses can enter their VAT number at checkout.
